3D Dental Radiographs

Technician using modern technology to analyze the scan results

At our practice we offer 3D dental radiographs in order to better diagnose patients dental conditions for extractions and root canals. Also known as Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT), this technology offers a detailed, three-dimensional view of the teeth, jaws, and surrounding structures. Unlike traditional 2D X-rays, 3D imaging allows dental professionals to assess the bone structure, detect hidden issues such as impacted teeth or infections, plan complex treatments like implants, and ensure greater precision and safety during procedures. With reduced radiation exposure compared to conventional CT scans, CBCT has become a valuable tool for modern dentistry, providing clearer, more comprehensive diagnostic information to improve patient care.
